Great leadership requires many skills and attributes. Perhaps the most important is a high level of self-awareness as well as a deep understanding of how humans function and why we make the choices we do.
This workshop aims to increase the participants understanding of their inner world and what drives their decision making and choices from moment to moment. We will also explore the importance of presence as a leader as we learn to become less reactive and more responsive. Specific areas we will cover:
The power and value of presence
How to better manage feelings
Understanding prime drivers
Brain/Mind function
Managing stress

Building Relationships and Connection
After looking at self-awareness and how we can better manage our inner world, this workshop turns its focus to managing our relationships with others. This is often the greatest challenge leaders face within their teams, and with internal and external stakeholders. During this workshop we will explore and understand:
Conflict resolution
Achieving clarity in communication
Managing people/building relationships
Mentoring/coaching skills
Time management

Building a Connected and Aligned Team
A key part of leadership is ensuring the vision and strategy of the business is clearly communicated and understood throughout the business. This can often become difficult if we are bogged down by our day-to-day tasks and don’t allow time to connect as a team.
Building and maintaining the culture of a team can also suffer if we are not devoting time, energy and boundaries to sustaining it. This workshop focuses on the leader's role in creating and building a healthy, resilient and connected team. The subject matter for this workshop will include:
How to manage meetings effectively
The art of delegation
Building a caring culture
Creating a growth mentality
Articulating the vision
